If you are a new customer or have not been in the past 6 month your dog needs to pass an evaluation to make sure they will thrive in our dog social environment.

If your dog is 6 months or older it is required they be spayed or neutered.

A quick release style dog collar is needed for safety.

Bow Wow Bungalow is a flea free environment and we ask that you make sure your dog is on a safe maintenance flea program. If fleas are found upon arrival your dog may not be able to stay for the day.
IMPORTANT: Do not bring your dog to Daycare until 48 hours after topical flea treatment has been applied. The residual product can be life threatening to other dogs if ingested by licking.

If your dog has recently had surgery, make sure all sutures and post-surgery care is complete before you plan on bringing them to Daycare. Call first if you have any questions. Dogs wearing e-collars, socks or any kind of wrap cannot attend Daycare.

4. What is the Evaluation?

We preform temperament evaluations to allow each and every one of our clients to have the very best experience. Temperament Evaluation is a term that we use to describe our intake process for new four-legged clients. It allows us to determine who your pet is and where they will be most comfortable in our variety of services. It is important to realize that Temperament Evaluation can mean different things at different facilities and not all evaluations are created equally we pride ourselves being one of the most fun and safest doggy day care facility's in Southern California.

Evaluations are done by appointments M-S 10am - 1pm.  You can expect to meet with one of our evaluator's where they will ask you information about your dog, then your dog will be be brought into our evaluation area where they will slowly be introduced to other dogs, when your dog shows signs of becoming comfortable they then will be introduced to the pack in one of our play yards. This process will take 20-30 minutes of your time, your dog is required to stay for a minimum of 3-5 hours but is welcomed to enjoy the entire day, rest assured you will be picking a happy and tired pup.

5. Why do we do Re-Evaluations?

At Bow Wow Bungalow we understand time can fly by and maybe you haven't had time to drop your dog off for some fun in the sun daycare in awhile. We do ask that if your dog has not been here in 6 months or longer they must come for a re-eval to ensure that your dogs temperament has not changed. Our daycare is a fast paced environment that is always welcoming new dogs into our  environment. That may mean your dog may not like some of the new energy and may react differently. The re- eval ensures a safe way to re introduce your dog to the daycare he has grown to love. Please call for an Re-Evaluation appointment M-S 10am - 1pm. This process will take 20-30 minutes of your time, your dog is required to stay for a minimum of 3-5 hours but is welcomed to enjoy the entire day, rest assured you will be picking a happy and tired pup.

6. How do I access all six live-stream cameras?

Our live stream cameras are available to our customers! That is easily accessible through your customer portal by clicking here. To login you would use your e-mail that you have on file and the password you created when you made your customer/pet profile. This is a fairly new addition to our facility so if you have not created a profile yet but have been a customer since before July of 2018- do not worry! Click the portal link above, click that you “are a current customer”, and login in with the e-mail you have on file with us. Since you do not have a password, the site will e-mail you so you can make one.

When you are logged in, all six cameras are available for viewing under your “Photos/Videos” tab.

Have fun watching! It can be quite addicting.
